No HR good policy. No Holiday. Salary 1 month delay. At site, If you can't bring labour contractor then your value is zero here, no matter how technical you are.

Some policies of DBL like appraisal every year and all depends on HR department of that site. Working hours is flexible for office work (Note: Not for site staff)

Dislikes

No leaves in a month even u have to work on Sunday i.e 30 or 31 days of work without any leave. Only 30 PL in a year and out of that u can take only 7 at a time.

If there is no job, you can work in this company, you should look for a good opportunity and then leave.

The accommodation facility is not good and When staying in a guest house, one has to pay the electricity bill and the food is absolutely useless, and when staying in a camp, there are no facilities, and neither do we get a car to go to the site or come to the office.

DBL gives HRA and health insurance to each employees this is very good also DBL have many project and fund so job security is second things

Most of the time personal life is badly hamper due to work pressure so HR shoud care of this each employees have wrights to leaves at list after 6 month...
