Hell for employees. Completely unprofessional. They didn't pay last month salary initially. I got it after 60 days by making lot of calls and emails and paid without variable. HR team is most unethical and unprofessional. Don't recommending to anyone.

First of all the company is just provides staffing solution so whatever you want to achieve isn't possible as it is completely dependent on the client company you are working for. As for me I was at Bharti Airtel of which let me be brutally honest both Diksha and Airtel as a company to work for are a complete waste of time. Airteldoesn't care if you have a life or not and Diksha won't do anything to fix things as you are at a client's location whatever the client says you have to do. Be it working till 4 a.m in the morning or be it 6 p.m on a weekend if they need you be ready to run to office anyday 24x7. Diksha salaries are on time most of times but you won't receive quarterly bonuses ever on time. You have to call them thousand times. Yearly increments are well never ever been on time till date. Increments are very less as you are at the client location and client well doesn't care much.
