THE COMMITMENTS AS SHOWN IN THE JOB DESCRIPTION IS FALSE. DO NOT BE FOOLED. The managers and the directors feed off the hard labour of writers. The writers are overburdened with work and yet they have no due regard for that. They are the ones working day and night and the management do not respect or pay them. They earn 50-60 thousands per assignment but they pay pennies to their writers (my per day salary was 350 bucks). This is the only organization i have seen which reduces your salary after making you a permanent employee. The commitments as shown in the job description is all a facade. They do not pay 22k. Forget about incentives. They initially give you 15k and in that too they deduct taxes which is entirely illegal. The ratings of 5 star is done by their pet rats. There is a group of people who keep a check on their ratings on various social sites and if they find it to be decreasing, they post false reviews and give away false ratings, just to upscale the ratings. Sometimes they even ask new recruits to post anonymous comments and give 5 star ratings. Overall there is no growth in the company and there is no shift hours. On paper they ask you to work for 9 hours but in reality they make you work 19 hours, and more. You cannot have any life or do any work pf your own.
