The 3D Animation Head Imtiaz Ali sir is the only unbiased person who always ready to stand for his fellow teammates. Apart from that, one will have the opportunity to work in good international youtube based projects.

Dislikes

The entire management is corrupted. Especially when Sudip Saha took the charge of Line Manager by throwing out one of the most eligible person since then the quality of Digitoonz work life destroyed. While Sudip Saha has zero knowledge of Animation and a basic background of photoshop he has become the Line Mnager by oiling the Production Manager. Talking about the HR team they're completely good for nothing, to name with Wasim Akhter who has less interest in resourcing and mitigating employees' issues and more interest in building up personal relationship with women employees. Another instance, that Digitoonz poor work decision is, when a receptionist (Gitashree) becomes the Talent Acquisition specialist. Another instance, Prateek who was a mere modeller but without any basic knowledge he has become the Asset Manager due to which the entire production suffers during vital delivery as he doesn't know anything. However the CEO of the company Mr. Vikas Kumar is extremely gentleman and always ready to help and communicate with each and every artist during his visit to the branches.
