Appraisals aren't good enough. Managers would start calling out the shortfalls around appraisals time... otherwise those managers would appreciate your work ... They play mind games to demotivate an employee

Dislikes

Leadership lack vision and focus. Too much internal politics. Few senior member( highly insecure) who are their for last 12-15 years has formed a nexus and aren't welcoming to new employees. People shout on each other on the floor.
