Work environment and the culture is good.. Everyone is friendly.

Dislikes

they put lot of work pressure most of the time. Even if sometime you don't have work then still they expect 8hrs of working and you even cannot take leaves during heavy work which is for 3 months where you almost have to work for exact 8-10 hrs without a break, doesn't matter you are having fever or anything, you cannot take leave during that period. Nothing new to learn.. Just amount of same work gets increasing for about 2-3 promotions and that too is not worth because you already will be paid too less that even after promotion you don't get much as compared to work that is increased after the promotion....Read More

Good working environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and management is transparent. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus.

I couldn't found anything wrong with the company because Iam a fresher and everything is fair and perfect as far as I have seen.

Work Details

The job is quite interesting and the trainees are very good and supportive. I learnt alot regarding online education and interesting to work for more years. If possible I want to be a permanent employee of this well reputed organization working from home.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized.
