Their is no culture in this company.

Dislikes

Everything in this company is not likable for any employees, every senior or mid level employees left this organisation due to lala ji and their incompetent team members. This organisation needs only chamchas in office.

Work Details

Nothing is working here, sales team is not working here for long time and without sales team we are not getting pre-sale or post sales activities in new clients.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This job involves Travel Within Country.

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1. Outdated Tech: I’m worried that working with older tech will limit future opportunities. Should I stay or move to a role with newer technologies? 2. Salary: Is my current package competitive for my experience? What salary should I aim for if I switch? Seeking Advice: What modern technologies should I learn to stay relevant?
