I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Very Bad experience joining here , no job security , hire and fire policy , instead of layoff they will say you have performance issue and they will release you , even if you work for 12 hours and completing all the task you will get fired . finally they will blame you, because of performance issue you are terminating . Please don't join this Organization .
