Supportive and encouraging are the 2 words that come to mind when talking about Digital Academy 360. I joined this company during the pandemic, the onboarding process was seamless and though I didn't meet anyone from the team for 6 months I was still able to connect and build a relationship with them.

A thing that I realised when I started working at DA360 is that while the end goal is about getting results the company first and foremost focuses on encouraging their employees to do their best, which inturn will reflect in the end result.

They dont pay salaries but want you to achieve targets. Unfit manager, she has zero skills fit for nothing No process, they are good at showing stars in the day.

There is no work life balance, they ask to work anytime and even approved leaves can get cancelled l, salary never credits on time, there is always a delay, horrible company.. People behave like there are from 80s and expect obedience and devotion to the company and to the managers.
