I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?

I learned a lot, the overall culture of the company was good, the people showed trust and I got a chance to work with the client. The developers working with me are also very experienced.
