I am very happy with Digiperform, they have helped me alot in this covid-19 situation. Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

Nothing I am happy. 🙂

Work Details

The job is quite interesting! I struggled a bit in the beginning as there was no formal training session. I learnt everything on the job. I got a chance to wear multiple hats and that helped me get a taste of different roles within the same team.

There is no positives of working there, that's why not a single person stays for a longer time there. No growth, no oppurtunities to learn.

Dislikes

No employees value there, they only needs sales without contributing any single penny on marketing stuffs. They keep on pressurising the sales team to get admissions closed at higher price as compared to other competitors price which is almost half.
