Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. I loved to go there every day to work because of stress free environment by to faculty and staff over there.. has a great experience with digiperform.

Dislikes

Management was just so stupid.. nthng was manageable and the way they fire anyone in one min only.. if they decide that you are not good fit for company. They will just call you and tell you one day that you don't have to come from today onwards.
