It's a start up. Nice people. But they are not sure what and how they want to build the business. No team as such. Only 2 people. All others are consultants. WorKing with them is like you will feel good, lot of growth scope but same time it's like plating with your career. Anytime they can denied paying you and same time won't tellclearly also. So overall I like it's useless to work with such organization. No funds. At end they will blame you for no revenue....Read More

I was hired for sales. Business head Jasmeet help me in learning the business to perform better. Overall it was mix profile. There were no Target so I was working really hard to proof myself useful. Only founders run this company. No additional support.

I have improved my self a lot since I am working in Digimozo, I have polished my skills to working with the company, Atmosphere is very healthy there and my team members are very supportive, all and all I enjoyed to working with Digimozo.

The job is quite interesting, I struggled a bit in the beginning but I learnt everything on the job, I got a chance to wear multiple hats and that helped me to get a taste of different roles within the same team.

Seeking advice on current job

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1. Outdated Tech: I’m worried that working with older tech will limit future opportunities. Should I stay or move to a role with newer technologies? 2. Salary: Is my current package competitive for my experience? What salary should I aim for if I switch? Seeking Advice: What modern technologies should I learn to stay relevant?
