I recently had the pleasure of working with a great DigiLantern. From the moment i began my job search, the team was very helpful in getting me set up with an interview and providing me with the necessary information to make an informed decision. Once I was hired, I quickly noticed that the company was very organized and efficient. Everyone was friendly and willing to help me with any question I had. I would specally like to mention their HR Head Mr. ML Tulsaney. He is an anchor. Whenever I have a problam, I could go to him and he always helped me out. The Company also provided me with a great work-life balance, allowing me to have the freedom. I feel proud to be a part of this agency. The seniors believe in creativity and unique concepts. We have brainstorming sessions and team meetings to discuss new ideas as well as how to plan shoots for each social media platform like instagram, youtube, facebook, linkedin etc. based on algorithm updates. I had no clue about what algorithm means before working here. So I find this very interesting
