I have had bad working experience in my previous IT company but team at Digilantern is very supportive. Seniors welcome all the suggestions and even implement them after discussions. Very open & learning environment. Everything is done in a systematic manner which rarely happens in start-up companies. Salary is also transferred on time which is also rare after covid scenario. I feel proud to be a part of this agency. The seniors believe in creativity and unique concepts. We have brainstorming sessions and team meetings to discuss new ideas as well as how to plan shoots for each social media platform like instagram, youtube, facebook, linkedin etc. based on algorithm updates. I had no clue about what algorithm means before working here. So I find this very interesting
