Diploma holders are handling engineers, so they don't know how to treat people professionally. Person who love to watch movie and are not from technical background can join and will love to work. Work pressure is not much but only if you know how to butter your managers.

Dislikes

Top management is full of unprofessional people who joined at the initial level with some diploma, so they don't value to engineers or professional people. Worst HR department.

The 8 hour shift, free meal, cab pickup & drop, young & hep work culture, opportunity to be a part of the media industry (though peripheral)

The management, both upper and middle is surprisingly rigid and close-minded wherein tenure beats merit at all times, resulting in a lot of longtime, disinterested folks have hung around at the expense of deserving, talented, hard working folks who've chosen to take their skills & efforts elsewhere. The annual hikes are practically peanuts and reflects the rigidity and lack of touch with external factors which go along with working in a major Indian city such as Bangalore. While it's commendable that employees across various educational backgrounds get hired at Deluxe, the lack of any educational requirements, especially at the lead and managerial level, means you've a bunch of incompetent & unskilled folks in leader roles who've no idea how to deal with people. Most of them also strangely are single and in their 40s', many living with their parents even, who absolutely are out of depth when it comes to dealing with anyone with a different journey than theirs...Read More
