The company is open to innovation and readily adopt latest technology. Teammates are good, In Digi Drive learn new things acc to automation, Working experience is good in Digi Drive. Working staff are good they always support you.

Skill development - Good
Job security - Good

Dislikes

Compensation is decent, but career growth is slow, salary/appraisal is average, most of the time senior are doing politics, so I don't like politics in job.

Job security and its just near by my home town. If any employee stay here for 3 years never fail its my thinking.learn more in less time.

Delays in increment...and not give ariel of that.

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
