Good work environment and mamanagement.company policies are good.all colleague are also supportive..policies are good and fair.company gives good salary and bonus too.

Dislikes

Policies does not address our issues.salary increments low as per other companies.job security not good.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
