The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. I love the fact that I am a part of a team that markets reliable, high quality products and has a global client base. Another plus point is that my colleagues come from various cultural backgrounds, and we work happily in collaboration. I love diamond bank plc.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. No leave allowance paid to me since I started going for leave. The work pressure is okay.

Work Details

Generally speaking, my work is slightly challenging but It has really made me more of who I am today. Diamond bank is a wonderful organisation to work with.

I love working with the bank for the fact that, interacting and sharing idear with customers and staff motivate me toward accomplishing my desire goals and objectives. I love team work with best sense of responsibility and its what iam enjoying at the bank. I love working with little supervision due to my experience on the job and its what iam enjoying at the bank.

Dislikes

I like every thing about the bank the only thing I don't like is calling me for ATM duty on Sunday morning which make me not to attend church service/mass. I don't care to work from morning till night, from Monday to Saturday but on Sunday I choose to serve my God .

I do cash deposits and withdrawals, funds transfers, remitta payments, bank collect, paydirect,e-bills, NIP, erosoft, Western union, moneygram,fcy,manager cheaque, ATM pin change,BETA transactions, Yello transactions etc.iam the branch training leader
