Once enter the company you will got to know the issue i am working on part of the OTC team, Don't join the company if you got offer also your life will become tragedy, once you enter the company u will work like hell, no work life balance, weekend working no holidays and managers and team leades won't approve leaves and they give mentally torcher, if your working from Home they will ask extend the working hours and if your on leave TL will call and ask to work on leave and holiday also, they want customer satisfaction, they don't bother your satisfaction. many of the Employee absconded because of the torcher. No proper hike if you know manager or team leads in the company you will get good hike and bonus, if your performance is good also management said you didn't take any initiative and you we can't give promotion likes that, and the promotion will be fixed already who are favor with management, HR also don't bother your issues facing while working, we have keep on working like robotics on 24*7. if you complain with HR about manager and team leads HR will disclose your identity with them and they will start targeting each and every time when ever they got chance. Once you left the company they won't pay you full and final settlement till two months we have to keep on follow-up with the HR team and they won't respond back. i left the job on 2 months back still i am following with HR team to get my salary....Read More
