Job security and promotion and benifits of real hard working people's.... In each site there is lobby of all retired persons all these persons are protected each other so higher management will be misguide... Already they people's are retired so they don't have any matter about company growth or not, at my site Ambajogai TL, RE, even site Engineer are present at site only 4 days in a month but fake report presently send office ant take full month salary this kind of mis guides make to md and is unaware about that but no taken from MD...Read More
