Notice period, early join

My current company notice period is two months 23-Dec-2024 to 20-feb-2024. But my new employer asking for early join ie 3rd of feb! I requested for early relieve to My current employer. Verbally they agreed to relieve two weeks early but now they not ready to relieve early. They want me to complete two months notice period. My new employer asking to join early! What can I do? This is one of the best company for wire harness. The follow all the required parameters and procedures to achieve best quality and daily production demand.

Dislikes

They closed the lifts for everyone and as per my knowledge they will allow during external audit. It has 5 floors to works and you have to use stairs everytime.
