This company is open to innovation and ready to adopt any latest technology in the domain of Security and automation. Mostly launching new technology and new products so it gave a platform to reach new segments.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent, growth is also there. But they are not financially sound enough to support for the projects wherein you get the payment only after finishing the job. So we loose lot of good projects

Total freedom given to do whatever i like. But the motto should be comapny's growth. Got opportunity to learn a lot

It's a Worst Place to Work, there is no basic Human Respect given to their Own Employees. Most important they never pay the Salary for their own employees. MD of the Company doesn't have Product Knowledge, No Customer Care & he is very Cunning & Crooked. Overall it's a deplorable place to work in Dhonaadhi and eventually every employees left the Job.

Work Details

As a Service Manager handling the entire Service department, and as well managing day-to-day operations & providing prompt service & on time Service. Also working closely with the Clients given me a great Learning & Work experience

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)
