Below are the points which i observe in my 8 Years of Experience. 1 ) No proper Feedback or Appraisal procedure at mid-off the year or at the end of the year 2) Annual Productivity target is not been declared by the Management instead target is Monthly 7 hrs 10 minutes average utilisation hour which need to be completed by Employee 3 ) your Utilisation productivity will be calculated on the basis of System Application records if you wan't click your keyboard or mouse within a 2 minutes so those time will not be calculated in your productivity (in-short You need to continue active on your keyboard and mouse ) 4 ) in case if you have Skype call or system non responding issue while data work process or you are running your reports on Automation this all take time but it does not counted in your utilisation as you are not clicking your Keyboard or mouse during this process 5 ) no overtime policy if you spent more then 9 hours a day 6 ) for each and every Expense you made need to do hectic follow up again and again to get you paid money which you spent in Office work 7 ) No proper Desk allocation for Employee, some time Two employees seat so close to work on one Desk ( no social distancing ) 8 ) Canteen is available but Breakfast, lunch and diner service not available 9 ) Half day leave not allowed as the System recording application shows the average utilisation so it will reduce your monthly overall hrs average utilisation 10 ) No proper Management team and HR support or resolution end to end for Employees who have Problems and need solution...Read More
