If you are joining in purchase dept. then you are going to spend your wrost time of your life. you can not take any decision on your work done. you have to only collect the quotes/rates from markets only. No any work planning. nobody in technical/project team is technical sound. no body has knowledge of work procedure / material specifications. Company has no capacity to pay even on in emergency purchase. you would get salary pdc even after 2 months and if by chance you have any medical emergency , so not expect any help from company and they would deduct your salary to no attending days. you can also called for sunday to work & not paying for the same.<mark style="background-color: #fff5e4;"> No job security, any time you can fired with immediate effect with no reason</mark>....Read More
