Literally nothing to like about, & I mean it.

Dislikes

Everything from Management, HR, Managers. Top management only thinks of themselves. No benefits for employees, no job security, no timely appraisals, bonus ,incentives, pf, insurance. A very minimal amount named salary. A very great example of how humans as resource can be exploited.A large gap in salary in herierchy of middle managers & bottom managers....Read More

There is nothing to like in the company. Just don't go for it. I won't suggest this company to anyone.

It's a directionless company's. Zero job security. No annual increment from past many years.

Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. Please let me know your insights. Update - Thank you for all the inputs everyone who all contributed to the discussion. I have actually made my decision, I will be joining ICS at technical lead - 37 LPA. They offered a sweet deal that is too good to resist.
