Likes

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and garden. Company policies are good, appraisal are fair and they give good salary hike every year.

The job is quite interesting! I was confused a bit in the beginning but after few days I started enjoying my work profile. I got promotion and was happy to more challenges of handling team. But finally I got rid of that and started working with confidence

My current company notice period is two months 23-Dec-2024 to 20-feb-2024. But my new employer asking for early join ie 3rd of feb! I requested for early relieve to My current employer.
