Nothing. It is a FRAUD Company. My review is 100% GENUINE based on my experience.

Dislikes

1. Dhanguard Consultancy Services hired me as a Relationship Manager according to their Offer Letter but gave me the role of a Sales Executive and Banking Consultant. 2. The company provided in their Offer Letter that they will invite us to Dubai on Work Visa but offered us a Visit Visa which is illegal in Dubai. 3. The company was supposed to pay for extending the Visit Visa after its expiry. However, they planned to deduce the fees involved in Visa extension from our salary. 4. The company told us that we will have to work from office, but from the 2nd day onwards, they pushed us to visit unknown places and meet unknow people to fulfil their sales target. 5. Most importantly, they did not even provide any reimbursements of travelling expenses for business purposes. We had to pay even for the coffee for our client. 5. Dhanguard Consultancy Services warned us for holding our salary on account of not meeting the sales target which was not at all mentioned in their Offer Letter. 6. According to the rules in Dubai, companies are liable to pay for applying Emirates ID and Visas. On the contrary, they deduced the amount from our salary for this purpose. 7. They pressured me to meet sales targets and undermined my confidence by suggesting I wasn’t competent enough for the role, even telling me to go back home — despite the fact that I generated AED 8,000 in sales for them in the first month. 8. They even altered their standard policy, implying that employees would be responsible for paying INR 5,000 for each client lead, regardless of whether the client makes a purchase or not. 9. For around 1 month, I was a part of office politics, unsupportive staff, work pressure, criticism, toxic environment and a bad work-life balance. 10.
