The overall work experience with dhange was just as the planting of a sapling. I started with dhange right from scratch. Though initially I had really negotiated hard to step into the institution but once got in ,I never had to look for yesterday. The recognition from the first day , the respect that I got and am still getting from the staff is incredible. The senior staff too is very co operative. I was a newbie but have successfully completed 2 years for the hospital. Still today dhange is a brand and to serve it I don't think anyone would say no....Read More

Got Rejected In an Interview, Just Because I Didn’t Answer a Personal Question

So, I got invited for this interview, and they told me to be there at 9 AM. Of course, I get there early, like 8:30, because I don't want to be late. But then I end up waiting for 1.5 hours. Seriously, they didn't even acknowledge me until 10. Then this HR lady calls me in, and she's totally unprofessional. She's like, on her phone, making personal calls while I'm sitting right there. And then she starts asking me these really weird questions, like what my nickname is, and what my dad does for a living. It got really uncomfortable when she started pressing for details about where my dad works. I mean, what does that have to do with anything? So I politely told her I didn't want to answer, and she actually said, "Then we can't continue this interview." I was honestly shocked. But instead of arguing, I just stood up and said, “Alright then.” And walked out. I left feeling pissed. Not only did they waste an hour of my time, but the HR rep was also rude and unprofessional..
