Overall experience is good, work culture is frankly. I am blessed that i am a part of team DTPL that makes reliable, high quality products & has a globe client base.

Dislikes

This is a service industry so there is no limited working hrs, at the time of emergency you need to working but its also so appreciable form management and client also.

Work Details

The most importance work of tender filling and then looking at the overall work of the government projects. Like: The opening of their tender, Make the quotation, Receive PO, Working as mentioned in PO, Site deputation of engineer upto project

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

I'm getting a good offer after joining a company. It's been 10 days only . Can i leave it?

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
