You will be treated as contractual engineer who will have to work for more than 12 hrs a day without getting paid for extra time. Pathetic company atmosphere and working. Only name sake corporate...full working like a desi LALA company. Certain departments purposely lack man power as the company wants exploit work more out of a single employee. The argument used by Higher (highest) authority is not everyday you are asked to do so much. 0 lateral information communication, only back scratching Behaviour from mid level to Higesht level authority. Company of such calibar has a idiotic ideology of saving 2's to make 4 instead of investment 2's... Which causes severe important expense and appraisal cutoffs. The company has messed up defination of KRAs and KPIs . You & your performance will be judged on somthing else and your responsibility will be somthing else .Too much spy kind of behaviour appointment by the higher authority. No work life balance, mid level professional get calls even outside work hours. Higher management has 0 trust in underlying employees and your talent are just being used to profit the company but you get nothing in return no skill development no growth staying in this company. Instead working here will ruin your work life balance, mental health and communication. Recently experienced unsophisticated and uneducated behaviour from higher management. Company really should look into selecting their top management carefully. Not a fit place to work if u wana grow...
