Likes

Working with Dhampur is very good experience, it has good work environment and decent culture. Management is transparent and team mates and colleagues are supportive. there is a big school, sports complex for education and chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and good salary hike and bonus every year. It is provide free accommodation to their employees.
