Only salary is credited on time, apart from that there's no reason to stay here.

Dislikes

Almost everything - the culture, management, work, infrastructure, team, and the list goes on. They do false promises before hiring people and only when you start working for them then you get to know the real story. Very unprofessional environment with too much partiality, sycophancy, and patriarchy, a place where you'll definitelyspoil your career if you're well-experienced, ambitious and concentrate on your work instead of wasting time with your colleagues. Direct working with the company's owner. Good for freshers Employee relations are good.

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss.
