My boss was supportive and he allowed me to take my own individual decision but his boss was not supportive at all.

Dislikes

If you do a good job all credit goes to the boss and supervisors and if something goes wrong you are only responsible for that. Job security is zero. They can transfer you to any department whether you like it or not.

Food court Dept (FRB) in this company is The worst, provides zero Training about their system and Work. and Directly expect 100% results from the very first week of the Joining Worst Part is FRB in Devyani. Management is too poor in there. HR has zero power. At least 14-15 hrs/day work they Expect. Due to Cost Cutting they don't provide enough Managers.
