Working with seniors and Team lead was fantastic. All were always ready to support during work and knowledge sharing.

I switched my field from power electronics to IT, and this was my first company. I struggled a lot to learn and acquire skills, and seniors supported me for that. TL trusted on me and gave chance to perform individually, which built my self confidence.

Very poor culture of Managent with employee, and without notice period they will remove they call suddenly for termination, no responce when we need to talk with them, they just want their work done no matter field engineer what is situation. Overall very bad experince in this company.
