Nothing only money saving, No employee welfare, there is no security

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is not enough also career growth is slow. There is no bond no security of job. No job training is given to new joinees.

One of the worst institute to work for. No support from management, Chairman acts as a contractor, having no knowledge of institute culture. Only knows how to impose restrictions. For students also no quality education. The only thing institute is interested in is having more and more admissions. Even teachers are given task of bringing admissions.

It's was hell of a experience. With such a low income, they want us to give high quality research and teaching. And at the end only interested in money. I left the job only after working for 4 months that too because of commitment towards students.
