Management treats the faculties like unskilled labourers. They have zero respect and consideration for the well being of faculties. Neither do they care for students. All they want is money, be it the right way or in fraudulent manner. It's like a primary school for teachers where they can't do anything without being watched or bothered. You'd be impressed my colleagues and work culture. Student base is decent.

Dislikes

Faculty is barely ever treated with dignity. We all are ill-paid. During Covid, Work was squeezed out of us but salary wasn't credited. Career growth opportunities are also sparse.
