Likes

Good place of work with good pay pkgs ,however if you under good team and manager your hike and growth will be good, if not hikes have been worst on contrary.Work life balance is good. Overall a good place to work in.

Dislikes

During appraisal salary corrections matter rather than rewarding performers

Work Details

Its pretty good and everyone encourages work life balance except critical situations.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.
