Working here is more of a chance game. There are multiple tracking system for your time, unnecessary meeting to join just because your manager wants you to join, deadline pushing ahead by not in months, but by years. I remember when I joined DB and a migration project was decided to be completed on 4 months. But it's 2 years past since that date, and project is still going on. We are not rewarded for the work we have completed, but for the checklists of managers we've completed we are rewarded for that. Diversity, Equality & Inclusivity is just a brand image because my manager communicate the secrets to my fellow colleague just because she is from the same state of India from where my manager is. Too much micromanagement, even talking on phone call was poked to me (that call was just 5 minutes long without affecting any meeting or my BAUs). This is was what I love!...Read More
