I was selected without an interview.😅 Flexible work hours.

This company is run by people who doesn't know how to manage the employee and the project which they have. They have selected a manager who is of no use, the only good thing he does is give WFH without any hesitation. The management came to know that the contract of project which my team was working got over once the client informedus unofficially. They committed our project with out any prior knowledge and put all the blame on employee .Even without any training they were forcing to work. HR team is the worst they say one thing and does just the opposite. Neither the HR or manager has proper communication with employee or within them. No proper workspace, laptops or headphones till this day. They have this so called 'DEP Handbook' of which the give 0 value. Management is very good in making fake promises 'Get your passports ready to move to US'😅 which actually demotivation for everyone as everyone know this has less than 1% of chance with this management. Dear all, please don't join this company, particularly as a fresher. Poor Management and full of politics. Bond, job insecurity,.. They are treating employees as a resource not as a human being. Now there are no projects also..
