There is nothing good in this company, the company is full of people who can exploit you for their own profit. The company is not employee friendly, they don't think about the employee's concern and don't leave a single chance to humiliate them.
Dislikes
Every single day is a disappointment, the company cut down your salary saying we are recovering, the management throw out the women who has been harassed by their one of the managers, the company does not believe in people with great innovation skills, they just need people who can do patch works.the HRs are nothing but stupids froma local college guys filling their own pocket by cutting others. All the core team who build the company's foundation has left and now there is no R&D happening, even their products are failing on the client's site. That is the reason the company is now shifting to other domain because they don't have their original core team to bring innovation and have bunch of path workers who can't even code and do innovations. The company does not give appraisal for many years and when you asked for promotion or appraisal they just play dirty politics and after 2years give 10% hike. The situation is very worse there. Please don't join....Read More
