Actually I never worked with this org But I had an interview with them. I cleared all round. But the exp of interview was horrible..in the last round the HR , probably Ms reshmi Mitra called me she asked me so many questions even the technical one. During the interview she talked in a very rude way .once the interview was completedshe told me that she is satisfied with my performance during the interview and she was just checking my confidence level. She told me that she is very much impressed and Willing to offer me the job ..she told me that she will call me after one day to discuss the salary . But she never called again. So I called her to remind her of me but again she talked very rudely and told me that there is no rule that they should give me hike in my salary. So I told her that ok, but u told me that u would discuss the salary with me . She again told me that she will call me after few hours. But she never called. I ask her if she really doesn't want to give someone a job then why to waste their time and give them false hope and why did she even talk rudely .. actually they are being HR thinking themselves the president of America....Read More

Always partiality between employees. Management don't have any own logical decision. Favorites person told anything they are not verified that information truth or false, take wrong decision. And Mr. Sajjal Dattu's word infront of others very abusive, offensive and illigal. If any employee take his darty language to consumer forum that will go to court. I am very appreciate about safe working environment.Everyone is very professional.Working here is amazing,senior are also very kind & supportive.It is a great place. Desun hospital have more than 51 specialities.It is the best multi-speciality hospital in Kolkata.

It is one of the worst working culture i have ever seen, People here dont know how to behave with a new joine female. Seniors even after being married approach for affairs with a huge age difference just for their own physical desires. Very soon it is going to be the next RG KAR. It is a story of Desun Hospitals Back office.
