Lots of learning new techniques. Deal with various conditions of patient... Team mates in physiotherapy dept very good. Salary on time. great working environment and culture all are very supportive towards me. I gained a lot of experience here. Well equipped, balanced work life, great terms & condition to work with, job security soon after you cross your 6 months. The management is good. Taking care of the employees during covid crisis they never deduct salary as compared to other hospitals. Payment is made timely. Gives employee discount for blood tests and consultation for own and family members....Read More

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
