It's been two years for me at Designhill. I got a mixed experience. On the positive side, the company offers competitive compensation packages and benefits, and there are opportunities for career growth for hardworking people. I come out of the office right at the end hour 6:30. with No overtime pressure. So, I can give enough time to my family

Dislikes

But there are some areas that need improvements. There is a communication gap sometimes. Some departments have fewer people which puts a little stress on those who're already working hard. Overall, the company is good and I like working here

Worst HR policies. HR helps their favorites and don't even talk politely with others. They don't trust their employees- Have time tracking apps Only Favorites are allowed for work from home. Managers are useless.

Work culture in development team is excellent and if one wants to learn and work on new technologies he can do so as the directors are very supportive for this. Amazing management and their way driving the system makes me very comfortable. HR Department is very helpful and jovial with us. Work environment is awesome, colleagues are helpful and friendly
