Working with DesignBoxed is one of the best experience i've ever had. I'm working as a photographer and videographer in the company.. Trust me as a photographer or as a human being you will learn a lot from the company. From company's managers to seniors to every staff and to every colleagues my experience was so good... We get to work with the top leaders of our country. The company's infrastructure is also amazing .. With each election time you will work in a different city everytime that also a plus point for me as a photographer.. The security of your job is one of the best thing i liked about it.. Although you will have a bit pressure during election times but with the seniors and the motivation by the company and the team will make you boost.. The company's working hours is Monday-Saturday and if you are working on Sunday also, they will pay you for that.. Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. There is a cafeteria. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus .

Best part of being part of ground team, one get to travel alot. I had some real great moments while working. Everyday is like a new challenge. Every day is all about seeing new people. Being part of ground team is like exploring new emotion's every single moment. And in the last our boss Mr Naresh Arora is full of positive energy, he's is always there for his team.

For many people working hours are big problem, as they dont end at all. But it's normal thing, one cant stop during election time, that is time for no sleep just hustling and enjoying the political energies.
