They Working culture,salary on time.

Lots and lots of politics with in team...upper management knows they are many wrong things happening but still management is unable to take any action on those empoyes. Dont know why management has not taken any action against them. b-coz of them who are working honestly to achieve they target are getting demotivated. People who are doing wrong things are enjoy with out any problem as they believe management is seating blindly they can do any things to gain financial benefits....Read More

Nothing I liked really. I worked in so many companies but never experienced these type of worst company and employees.

Dislikes

Worst company ever anyone can work. Job security is worst. Only join if you have no other option. And even try for other option is better option. Work is also not of quality and even though you continue to work whatever assigned there are people ready to disrespect you and hurt your self respect. They have fired so many employees recently.

I like flexibility given to an intern and would like to work offline with them some day, but for now happy with the experience of wfh.

Dislikes

The online team doesn't get to meet in person which could have helped me to connect with my team on a deeper level .

Work culture & atmosphere are good. colleagues all are so supportive

Dislikes

I don't like some Manager's attitudes. They treat the employees like slave. For almost 3 years I worked at Design Cafe. I have only gotten a 4500 increment because of the worst manager I got so I resigned from that firm.
