I like MEDP I have worked with women entrepreneurs, and select in field entrepreneurs and supported like ligal cimplains registation's and credit linkage through banks and Business to business connection and Skill trainings.

Ample of opportunities to address real issues that matters to the social and economic development. Bottom up approach makes it possible. Genuine concern and generous support from the founders, able leadership, opportunities to cross function learning and sharing makes it a place for mutual growth.

Dislikes

Periodic assessment VS set goal of each program and employee’s contribution to achieving such goal and promoting the deserving employees based on that should have been done (at least in my case). Not having the salary bands was a big minus

I enjoyed working on the cause of promoting entrepreneurship, relevance of solutions to community, achieving social and economical sustainability of the solution, replication and scaling of successful in association with nonprofit organisations.

Got Rejected In an Interview, Just Because I Didn’t Answer a Personal Question

So, I got invited for this interview, and they told me to be there at 9 AM. Of course, I get there early, like 8:30, because I don't want to be late. But then I end up waiting for 1.5 hours. Seriously, they didn't even acknowledge me until 10. Then this HR lady calls me in, and she's totally unprofessional. She's like, on her phone, making personal calls while I'm sitting right there. And then she starts asking me these really weird questions, like what my nickname is, and what my dad does for a living. It got really uncomfortable when she started pressing for details about where my dad works. I mean, what does that have to do with anything? So I politely told her I didn't want to answer, and she actually said, "Then we can't continue this interview." I was honestly shocked. But instead of arguing, I just stood up and said, “Alright then.” And walked out. I left feeling pissed. Not only did they waste an hour of my time, but the HR rep was also rude and unprofessional..
