Reasonably good facilities provided to the employees and the high standard infra of the organisation.

Dislikes

Lack of proper recognition of the skill set of the employees and uplifting. Also the absence of training opportunities.

Work Details

During my work at Desein, I could get good guidance from my superiors, which helped me in my career growth.

Work days: Alternate Saturday off (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

I'm getting a good offer after joining a company. It's been 10 days only . Can i leave it?

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
