Less pressure and good environment. Timing is perfect to work ( 8hrs per day only ) . Bus fare allowances. Usual work timing ( Mon - sat). We can get to know about dermatological equipments.

Dislikes

Salary increment is below par . There is no promotion or next level of your work because there isn't... Hard to find a qualified engineer they recruit anyone who doesn't even know anything about electronics ( not to be so mean on those employees ) . Even if you join with ton's of experience here they will provide you with the salarysame as that of a fresher...(12k if you are engineer else 10k) . Lots of politics and partialities. Theses are the basic I dislike here .......Read More

Hello ,I hold bachelor degree in mechanical engineering 2019. With 4.5 yoe in Total 1)Associate product compliance engineer - 1.5 years 2)Currently working as Project engineer (compliance). 3 years I see no growth in my current company and current role.so I’m looking for career shift,high growth and good package. Skills 1) Environmental compliance(REACH,ROHS,..) 2)Basic networking OS,Linux basic, Aws cloud 3) SAP MM (in progress) 4) Project Management (self preparation from PMBOk) I’m confused between sap mm consultant and project management I’m getting difficult to choose,Which would be great choice according to my background and high pay, stable job Can anybody recommend which domain /role is good for career transition! I’m looking for career shift Help will be appreciated. Current role Project engineer handling projects related to environmental compliance. FYI
