You work is appraised on regular basis and in return the department inentivize the good performers.The department organizes orientations/ trainings on regular basis to implement the programmes effectively at grassroot level.

As a programme manager you are stuck to one position only as the department fails to provide an opportunity to go up in the hierarchy.

It is really challenging to work in the health department as I have to implement the different programmes effectively at the ground level and update the various online webportals like HMIS, RCH , TMIS, PMSMA on daily , monthly , Quarterly and yearly basis

Work Details

It is a heavy workload fraught with constant troubleshooting. I enjoy working like that becos I had too. It is neva calm. The busyness is constant. I had to learn constantly being put in the deep end.
